ARP Technologies is committed to delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT) that we schedule and Guarantee To Run. Unfortunately, there are circumstances under which the delivery of our services may be interrupted. In such circumstances, ARP Technologies will work with the customer to find an efficient and amicable solution for all parties.

GUARANTEED TO RUN – INSTRUCTOR-LED CLASSES

ARP Technologies has a public schedule of “Guaranteed-To-Run” classes. ARP Technologies reserves the right to remove a “Guaranteed To Run” class from our schedule if it is more than twenty (20) business days from the course start date. Any “Guaranteed to Run” classes on our public schedule less than twenty (20) business days from start date will not be cancelled. ARP Technologies reserves the right to adjust the schedule of any “Guaranteed to Run” class due to causes beyond our control such as, but not limited to: labour disputes, war, government regulations, or Acts of God. If such an adjustment is necessary, ARP Technologies will reschedule the class in a timely and reasonable manner. In the event of resource allocation issues, ARP Technologies reserves the right to substitute an Instructor-Led Training event with a Live and Online Instructor-Led class. ARP Technologies reserves the right to change its policy at any time.
