ARP's LIVE and ONLINE program delivers authorized Cisco training taught by a Cisco Certified instructor directly to customers. With the implementation of WebEx Training Center, Digital Whiteboard, and Conference Bridge or Optional USB microphone headset, customers have the ability to create their own virtual classroom at any remote location - home, office, cottage.

Our Live and Online Cisco Certification courses offer the same high quality training and instruction that Cisco customers would receive in the traditional classroom. As with all ARP courses, the curriculum is current and authorized by Cisco. Furthermore, with ARP LIVE and ONLINE, students have the incredible advantage of access to their own unique pod of equipment throughout the week of study.

		How It Works ARP creates the online class-room environment using Cisco WebEx Training Center, thereby allowing a live instructor to deliver the training in real time directly to the customer's location of choice. By incorporating slides, notes, examples, and Q & A sessions, ARP's instructors deliver the classroom experience right to each participant. ARP's LIVE and ONLINE training is completely interactive; students have ample opportunity for discussion with the instructor as well as with their peers.
		Hands-On Labs ARP uses remote labs in all technical classes. Students have full access to remote desktops, device console ports, and power management. Again, the traditional classroom is recreated so that the online experience is complete. With ARP's LIVE and ONLINE program, students are able to access their own unique pod of equipment for lab exercises.
		Technical Support With ARP's LIVE and ONLINE program, students will enjoy the support of ARP's technical team. Prior to class start, students are prepared for and fully versed on the workings of the online sessions. Our technical team is available from start to finish to maximize each student's investment.
