HOW TO REDEEM CISCO LEARNING CREDITS

Each Cisco Learning Credit purchase has a unique Sales Order Number. This number is provided to ARP Technologies Inc. as payment when registering for a class. Once the Cisco Account Manager has designated a "Customer Team Captain", you will receive an email with details on accessing the Learning Credit Management Tool. You can redeem Cisco Learning Credits with ARP Technologies Inc. and choose from any of the Cisco courses we offer.
