This course provides students with the best practice information on how to administer, install, configure, operate, and maintain a Cisco Unity system in either a stand-alone voice mail or unified messaging environment, as well as lessons on Cisco Unity Connection. Students need a firm understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Exchange, or IBM Lotus Domino. Students also need to be able to competently program at least one telephone switching equipment. Although not officially part of the CCVP track, this course is a suggested preprequisite to TUC. |
