The UC300 Engineer course will cover GUI based configuration via the built in web configuration menu on the UC300 product line. The student will configure a factory default box to a working fully featured unit. We will discuss the features and benefits of the different phone models available from Cisco. We will cover off intermediate features like common firewall services, port security, hunt groups, etc. We will also focus on the advanced capabilities of the UC300 platform such as Advanced Voice configurations, Auto Attendants, wireless, etc. |

| Prerequisites |
|
It is suggested that students have a basic understanding of PBX or Key Telephony systems along with basic CCNA or equivalent work experience. Students with no Cisco background can also be successful with this course but may need to research some IT and Voice topics for an in depth understanding of the topics covered. |
