The TSA course is designed to assist Pre-Sales Engineers to fully understand the implication of deploying videoconferencing on complex network architectures. Students will learn to design a video architecture based on specific customer requirements. |

Upon completion of this class, students will be required to submit a case study to the instructor that will be scored and must be passed in order to qualify for the TSA Certification.
This is an instuctor led online class. Sessions are conducted via WebEx in a VoIP environment and require an internet connection and headset with microphone connected to your computer or laptop. |
