This two day hands-on course enables te UCS partner to troubleshoot L2 UCS C-series troubleshooting issues.  During this course, we will explore the most commong problems faced by Cisco TAC engineers, and give students in depth knowledge and insider tips on how to quickly resolve issues and how to maintain and optimal UCS environment.

Prerequisites

The following prerequisite skills and knowledge are recommended before attending this course:

• Understanding of server system design and architecture

• Familiarity with Ethernet and TCP/IP networking

• Familiarity with storage area networks

• Familiarity with Fibre Channel protocol

• Understanding of Cisco enterprise data center architecture

• Familiarity with hypervisor technologies

It is also recommended that students complete the following before enrollment in order to fully benefit from this course:
