This five day course covers the WAAS "Davis" product as well as WAAS Mobile. Students will learn to design and deploy a solution using Cisco WAAS that optimizes and accelerates application performance over the WAN while enabling infrastructure and consolidation from branches to data center. This is a fundamentals course that will leave students with a solid understanding of WAAS hardware / software technology, design considerations, network integration, and system troubleshooting aspects. It is strongly recommended that candidates have CCNA as a prerequisite; CCNP would also be beneficial. The knowledge and skill set offered in this course provide an excellent foundation to more advanced design and troubleshooting courses. |
