In this course, learn to add, move, change, and troubleshoot IP telephony devices. Learn to support IP phone users and identify network and server impact when administering changes. Configure the latest version of Cisco Unified Communications Manager with Cisco IP Phones. Learn to manage and test a sophisticated IP telephony network that you can use as a template for a real deployment. Students will also discuss and configure the most popular options in Communication Manager that are required in today’s business networks. We strongly recommend CCNA or CCNA Voice Certification. Students are required to have a basic knowledge of PBX and telephone terms, basic TCP/IP, and IP Telephony concepts.
